SHIPPING

We ship out of our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to ship. When it does, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking to the email you provided.

RETURNS

Hey Dolls will accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We do not offer refunds of any kind, but we will honor your return with a different size/style or STORE CREDIT. To return an item, please ship it with original tags to:

DAMAGED ITEMS If any item is damaged when you receive it, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your item. If you contact us after the 5 days of receiving your item, we will be unable to accept the damaged items. We can not accept damaged items after they have been worn or washed. They must also have original tags attached and we will offer a replacement item or store credit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
